セブンイレブンの豆大福【週甘】ー追記有り
小倉餡が多いどら焼きと共に、我々スタッフ（主にmastaとyossyですけど）がハマって食べているのが"豆大福"。シンプルな餅にごろりと歯ごたえのある豆。そして、ぎっしり詰まった餡。子供の頃にはわからなかったおいしさ…のような気もします。mastaは昔から豆大福は好きだったらしいですけど…私は豆類全般がそれほど好きでは無かったので、当然豆大福への関心が薄くおはぎとか赤福とかイチゴ大福とか、そっち方面の軟弱者！だったんですけどね。大人になってからは好き嫌いがなくなりまして、豆大福の魅力にも気付いたのです。そのきっかけとなったのがこのセブンイレブンの「豆大福」なんです。
しかし、さきほどセブンイレブンの公式サイトで商品を探したのですがすでに出ておらず、そして店頭からも姿を消してしまい…お店のおばちゃんが「定番品だと思いますよ！」って教えてくれたのにっ！！！また一年待たなくてはならないのでしょうか…。それどころか、もうお目にかかれないかもしれません。食べたい！と思った時にしこたま購入しておくべきでした。
そんなセブンイレブンの豆大福。この豆大福から全てが始まったといっても過言ではありません。というのも、mastaが「なんだこれ。。。小豆の豆っぽさがすごいのに、甘味があっさりしていてウマイ。」と絶賛したからなのです。ある程度何でも美味しいと言ってしまう私に比べてmastaは結構厳しめの舌を持っているので、そんなmastaが「ウマイ」というものは珍しかったりもするのです。
たしかに、餅と混ぜ込んである豆は普通なのですが、この餡子のつぶつぶ感といいますか、咀しゃくする度に「俺は小豆だ！」と主張するかのような豆豆しさは食感が素晴らしい。加えて、甘さが控え目なので胃にもたれない（重要）。これはおいしいです。ぜひとも、早々に復活して欲しい和スイーツですよ。

Google先生に聞いただけですけど…。そして、マックスバリューで「くるみ餅」という一口サイズのクルミ大福8個入パックも同社が製造元で、餡子のクオリティが豆大福のそれと同じモノでした！

いつぞやはMBカフェでご挨拶させて頂きました。
この豆大福私も好きでした。あまりにも美味かったので、また買いに行った時には既に有りませんでした。時期的にも短かったみたいで、扱ってるセブンも少なく、幻の豆大福となってしまいました。
